LAUS 2024 provides reduced registration fees for individuals currently living in developing nations with a per capita Gross National Income (GNI) of 20,000 USD or lower, as per the World Bank's published data. This encompasses regions such as Latin America and low-to-middle-income countries. See below for discounted rates.

Invitation Letters
If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the Conference, contact the conference manager by email at: [email protected]. In your email, provide the following information:
- Complete name
- Mailing address
- Registration Confirmation ID
- Accepted paper number (if applicable)
- Accepted paper title (if applicable)
- Any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application
The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend IEEE LAUS'24. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference and pay in full before requesting an invitation letter.
